DATES

DURATION

11 nights · 12 days

GROUP

5–12 people

STATUS

Spots still open

This is The Philippines, above and below the surface

This trip isn’t only about diving.

It’s about how sea, land, and people come together over the days.

Good dives, island life, shared time, and a rhythm that leaves space to actually enjoy it all.

The Philippines hit different underwater

And yes, there’s plenty to enjoy on land too

Turtles and reefs in Balicasag

Coral gardens, giant turtles, and fearless schools of fish all around you. Here, you don’t just see the reef, you become part of it.

You surface with the kind of smile only a great dive can give.

Tiny life, big beauty

If you’re into macro, you’re going to love this.

Nudibranchs, gobies, leaf fish… every inch of the seabed is alive.

You start seeing with new eyes… and discover how thrilling the tiny things can be..

Thresher sharks: why the early alarm is worth it

This is the reason people come to Malapascua. At Monad Shoal, early mornings come with a Reward.

We hop on the bangka while it’s still dark, the air is fresh, and the excitement is real. We’re in the water before sunrise, staying still, watching the blue. Long tails, slow passes, and that unmistakable silhouette when a thresher shark comes into view.

Then, we come out of the water with that smile only a real encounter can give.

Sharp and unforgettable.

Chocolate Hills

A thousand smooth, round hills… like giant truffles scattered across the land.

It’s a scene unlike anything else: surreal, captivating, and stunning..

Tarsiers

You meet them quietly, in their sanctuary.

Tiny bodies, eyes wide with wonder.

Delicate and real, they shift the way you look at the wild.

Cultural route through Bohol

You stroll through quiet villages, markets rich in unfamiliar scents, and faces that smile without reason.

You experience the island for real.

No filters, no rush, no script.

And this is just the beginning.

The best part comes when you experience it yourself: with the group, the ocean, and that feeling that everything just fits. It’s not just about the dives, these are the moments that complete the experience and set it apart.

Book your call and let’s see if this trip is for you.

Philippines, beyond the usual routes

Bohol + Malapascua (local islands, guesthouses and shore-based diving)

For certified divers

For people who feel comfortable underwater and enjoy cool diving

Support all the way through

From the first call to the last dive

Strong diving, varied days

Reef dives, macro life, big encounters

Small, well-matched group

Max. 10–12 people

A balanced rhythmm

Epic diving + space to enjoy + local life

This is how we dive the Philippines

Without rushing it. No trying to make every day bigger than the last.

Just dives that fit the place: easy reef dives to warm up, early starts in Malapascua when it’s worth it, and slow afternoons back on the island, drying gear and taking it easy between dives.

Dive-Surface-Smile.

Days 1 – 7: Welcome to Bohol and your first dives

You land on the island, get picked up, and before you know it, you’re staring at the sea from Alona Beach.

The group meets, nerves fade, and the real adventure begins.

The first dives ease you in gently: massive turtles, lively corals, and a colourful seabed.

Balicasag is a dream, and the night dive… pure magic that leaves you smiling for hours.

There’s land life too: Chocolate Hills look out of this world, and tarsiers stare at you with eyes you won’t forget.

Meanwhile, the group starts to click: laughs, chats, unplanned moments. Everything flows, naturally.

And just when it feels like you’ve settled in… it’s time for the next island.

Days 8 – 12: Malapascua. Thresher sharks and a salty goodbye

Ferry ride, a bit of road, and suddenly you’re on the peaceful little island of Malapascua.

You climb onto the boat before sunrise, coffee in hand… and then, there it is: the thresher shark… one of those moments you never forget.

Then the macro dives keep coming: nudibranchs, gobies, curious little creatures everywhere.

And between dives: lazy breakfasts by the sea, naps, group beers, and endless laughs.

On the final day, we’re back in Cebu: sharing dinner, laughing over inside jokes, and feeling how strangers became friends.

You return home with salt on your skin and a head full of moments no money can buy.

All the things you’re probably wondering about this trip to the Philippines

Is the Philippines really that good for diving?

Healthy reefs, turtles everywhere, big schools moving as one and those early mornings in Malapascua that get you up before the alarm.

Is this the right kind of group for me?

It’s not about being the same, but about sharing the same vibe.
If you enjoy diving, keep it easy, and like honest company, you’ll fit right in.

What makes this trip any different from the others I’ve done?

No big promises. Just two islands, shifting conditions, and dives that stay with you.
Some slow, some intense, all real.

What if things don’t go as planned?

It can happen.
Conditions shift, plans change, and we adapt.
If something needs fixing, we fix it. If not, we stay flexible and keep enjoying the trip.

Am I ready for this kind of diving?

It varies. Some dives are easy, others more demanding.
The trip is planned so you ease into it, find your pace, and dive as much as you want.

Is the trip only about diving?

Diving is the focus, no doubt.
But there’s time to slow down, enjoy the islands, and take in everything between dives.

How does everything work once I’m there?

It’s all set up.
Transfers, stays, dive centers, timing everything flows.
You just arrive, settle in, and focus on diving.

Is it worth the price?

If you like planning everything yourself, this might not be for you.
Here, it’s about the flow the route, the pace, the group, and someone guiding you throughout.
You dive, rest, and enjoy.

Who’s by your side on this dive trip to the Philippines?

I’m Alessandra, and I’ll be there making sure everything runs smoothly, both in and out of the water.

I’m Italian, and I’ve been living on the move for years.

I started diving in 2015 and haven’t really stopped since. From the Mediterranean to Southeast Asia.

Now based in the Canary Islands, I do what I enjoy most: planning trips where every dive actually matters.

What I like best?

Seeing a group of strangers slowly turn into people who laugh like they’ve known each other forever.

I’m not here to give speeches or talk about “travel coaching”. I prefer staying close, keeping an eye on things, and making sure you feel comfortable from day one.

What you’ll find by travelling with us

The key? Stay flexible, laugh it off, and keep enjoying.

Be mindful with the sea, the group, and yourself

We’re not chasing records or filling logbooks. We want thoughtful divers who care for the ocean and approach every dive with calm and respect.

Being part of something real

This isn’t just about diving. It’s about showing up, sharing the space, and letting things flow naturally.
The place matters but the people make it.

Breaking down how this trip works

Full clarity on the budget, and full control in your hands.

In this section, we explain two important things:we don’t work as a traditional travel agency, and you stay in control of 100% of your travel budget.
Use the tabs below to understand exactly how everything is organised.

We don’t sell packaged trips with one big price. We charge only for what we actually do: designing the trip, guiding the process, and supporting you before, during, and after.

You stay in control of your travel budget.

This trip is built in three parts:

  1. Our service
  2. The trip budget
  3. Flights

Why we work this way

Before the trip, we stay in close contact building the group, answering questions, and guiding you through a few simple bookings.

This creates real connection before the journey starts and keeps you involved, with full control over your part of the plan.

We support you at every step. Once it’s all set, you can relax and focus on what matters: the diving, the experience, and the people around you.

Before moving on, we strongly recommend reading the following sections carefully: Our service, Trip budget, Flights, and What we’re not.

They’re important.

The part you pay us covers three core elements. Together, they’re what turn this trip into something you won’t find anywhere else.

1. Thoughtful trip design, built from real experience

To make any trip happen, there’s always a base layer: coordinating transport, working with local providers, choosing places to stay. That’s the minimum.

What you pay us for goes further than logistics. You’re paying for a route designed with intention, experience, and balance.

Everything is planned so the trip flows naturally, without feeling rushed or over-organised.

2. A small group that actually works

The group is a big part of the experience. That’s why not everyone joins.

Before confirming your spot, we talk. We want to understand what you’re looking for and make sure the trip, and the group, are a good fit.

The result is a group that feels aligned, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable to travel with.

3. Real value before and during the trip

For us, the trip starts months before departure.

Before the trip, we stay in touch through a WhatsApp group and video calls. We guide you through a few key steps and help the group take shape.

We help with flights, insurance, gear, packing, and any questions that come up along the way.

This does two things:

  • You arrive calm, prepared, and confident.
  • You arrive as part of a group, not a collection of strangers.

During the trip, we’re there with you. Diving together, checking briefings, solving issues, and supporting both the technical and human side of the experience.

That’s the value of traveling with us.

Our service fee

This is the part we invoice directly.

  • Initial deposit: 350€. Paid when you decide to join the trip.
  • Second payment: 450€
  • Paid once the minimum group is confirmed.

This completes the total fee for trip design, advice, organisation, and full accompaniment.

Once your initial payment is confirmed, we get in touch straight away to welcome you and start preparing the journey together.

This part of the cost covers everything that makes the experience possible. You pay it directly to the local providers, with our step-by-step guidance.

You know what you’re paying, who you’re paying and why.

What’s included in the trip budget?

  • Local guesthouses with breakfast
  • Fourteen dives total: 8 in Panglao and 6 in Malapascua with trusted local dive centers.
  • Internal transfers including speedboat and car transport between islands.
  • Included activities like Bohol tour and vist to Corella Tarsier Sanctuary.
  • Local taxes and fees.

How it works?

Once the group is confirmed:

  • We give you all contacts, links and deadlines.
  • We walk you through each booking step.
  • We double check everything before any payment is made.
  • You stay in control of your budget. We make sure it all fits together.

What’s not included and is paid locally during the trip:

  • Your meals, freely chosen and typically around 15 to 20€ per person.
  • Optional dive upgrades such as nitrox, extra dives or addon tours.
  • Part of the trip expenses will be paid directly on site.

We’re not a big group trip or something for everyone

Our groups are small and intentionally formed so the vibe stays warm, relaxed and human.

We’re not just guides who drop you off and disappear

We dive with you, stay present and help with whatever’s needed, in and out of the water. We’re not winging it or leaving things to chance. We’re with you from the first call to the last day so you can just focus on enjoying

We don’t run mass-produced trips

Every route is built from scratch and only happens if we’re genuinely excited to live it ourselves

And yes… we’re not for everyone

That’s exactly the point. This trip is for people who love the ocean, appreciate nature and want real connection

For those who aren’t there to pretend … but to meet the thresher shark, climb back on the boat smiling and feel that every single dive was worth it

Flights are not included in the trip price. We meet in Bohol international airport and we leave from Cebu airport.

They’re the most flexible part, and we want you to have full control over the timing, budget and layovers.

How does it work?

First, the group is confirmed. Only then do we let you know it’s time to book your flight.

At that point:

  • We help you find the best option from your city.
  • We guide you on schedules, layovers and airlines that fit the trip.
  • We double-check the dates with you to make sure everything lines up.

We use Skyscanner to compare, but flights are always booked directly on the airline’s website.
That way, if anything changes, you deal straight with the airline

How much do flights usually cost?

As a reference, flights to the Philippines usually range between 700 € and 1,100 € depending on where you fly from and how early you book.

Important: We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation coverage. We don’t handle it ourselves, but we’ll point you to trusted options so you can travel with peace of mind.

Got questions about the dive trip to the Philippines?

Here we answer them clearly.

Yes. Most people come alone, and that’s more than fine.

Before we leave we’ll already have a WhatsApp group, chats and laughs. You’ll arrive knowing faces and without that “I don’t know anyone” feeling.

The group is small, friendly and good energy all around. Nothing forced.

Yes. This trip is only for certified divers.

If you’re not certified yet we can help you find a centre or a
future dive route.

We want the group to enjoy the dives safely and smoothly.

The recommended minimum is Advanced Open Water.

In Bohol the dives are calm and perfect for building confidence.
In Malapascua it gets more exciting: deeper dives, mild currents and early mornings for thresher shark encounters.

No need to be an instructor. You only need to feel comfortable in the water and be ready to improve.

No worries.

You share the boat, the dives, meals and lots of time outside the water.

It’s normal to end the trip feeling that the group was a key part of the experience.

A bit of respect is totally normal (it’s healthy, even).
But if the idea of diving with thresher sharks feels too much for you, this might not be your trip.

We dive with wild marine life, including thresher sharks, always with expert local guides and full support.

You don’t need to be fearless, but you do need to be up for it.

Once the minimum group size is confirmed. We let you know, help you find the best option, and guide you step by step.

That way you book calmly and avoid confusion.
Arrival must be in Tagbilaran International airpor while departure will be Cebu airport.

Each traveler buys their own flight, but you are not alone. We guide you through the whole process so you choose well and travel with ease.

We recommend comparing on Skyscanner and always booking directly on the airline website.

Yes.

You pay an initial deposit and the rest when the group is confirmed. We manage it with you, no rush, no stress.

We want you to arrive excited, not worried.

You have fourteen days from the deposit payment to request a refund as long as the group is not confirmed.

Even so we recommend taking cancellation insurance from the start. It is the easiest way to cover unforeseen events without stress.

Depending on availability.

It comes with a small extra cost.

If you want one, let us know early and we’ll see what we can do.

Yes.
Unlike some Southeast‐Asian destinations, you can enjoy a cold beer or local rum.

Still, the best way to celebrate after diving is with a fresh mango juice.

Yes. The regions we visit (Bohol, Malapascua and Cebu) are considered safe.

We travel with common sense, take care of the group, and follow local guidance.

Yes.

In Bohol there’s a hospital and hyperbaric chamber in Panglao.

In Cebu you also find international‐level hospitals and hyperbaric facilities.
We travel with clear emergency protocols.

Very simple but important:

  • Just a passport valid for at least six months from entry.
  • A return or onward ticket out of the country.
  • No visa needed for stays under 30 days (for EU citizens).

We remind you of everything before travel so you don’t miss anything.

Nothing special.

Just respect for the people, the culture and of course, for the enviroment.

Warm, tropical and sunny.

In May temperatures often range between 27°C and 32oC with sea water at around 28°C.

It’s dry season, so sea conditions are usually calm and perfect for diving.

When it clicks, it clicks

If, after reading everything, you can already picture the early starts, the dives, the slow afternoons, and the people you’d be sharing it with… then you’re probably closer than you think.

Book your call and let’s find out if this trip is right for you.
